3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

• Accounts are created through Google OAuth for security and convenience

You retain ownership of content you create, including:

9. Termination

PvPocket does not facilitate real-money trading or gambling. Any card value information is for reference only and should not be considered financial advice.

12.3 Tournament Information

We may provide information about Pokemon TCG tournaments and events, but we are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or disputes related to these events.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PvPocket regarding your use of our service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 No Waiver
